International Day for the Victims of Slavery and the Slave Trade

The International Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Slavery and the Transatlantic Slave Trade is celebrated every year on March 25 to pay tribute to all men, women and children who have been victims of slavery, a product of racism and social prejudice.
