In particular, the promotion of artistic work linked to traditional popular culture on the university campus may be an appropriate way to strengthen relations between the university, the network of universities in Santiago de Cuba and cultural institutions in the region, with the aim of recognizing the work of cultural affirmation in that part of the country.
